Position Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer-II (Full stack) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and solving real-world problems. As an SDE-2, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features across our platform.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions that directly improve the efficiency of businesses in the construction and landscaping industries in the US. This role requires strong ownership, solid engineering fundamentals, and the ability to independently drive features from concept to production
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, or similar)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, web architecture and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with real-time systems (WebSocket's, event-driven architecture, celery)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ownership mindset — you build it, you run it
- Bias for action, fast execution and strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to domain-driven design or large-scale SaaS products
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, autocomplete, debugging assistants) to improve development speed and code quality
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and best practices, and drive their adoption where they add real value
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
