About Attentive.ai:
Attentive.ai is a fast-growing vertical SaaS firm backed by leading global investors, including Insight Partners, InfoEdge Ventures, Vertex Ventures, Partners, Tenacity Ventures and Peak XV (Surge). Fresh off our Series B raise and a proven foundation in our AI-based platform - Beam AI, we’re now expanding into a fully automated software ecosystem with AI-powered workflows for estimating, bidding, and improved collaboration for the construction and field services industries across the US & Canada. Our mission is to help businesses automate preconstruction workflows, improve operations, and drive revenue through simple, powerful, industry-focused products.
About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented MIS Professional to own the reporting and analytics function within a fast-growing, high-volume delivery operations team. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing dashboards, automating performance reporting and translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for delivery and leadership teams. The role sits at the intersection of operations and data — requiring both technical capability and a strong understanding of delivery metrics, workforce productivity and quality measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain real-time operational dashboards on Apache Superset and BI tools tracking productivity, quality, turnaround time, utilisation and attendance across teams and functions
- Own the performance reporting cycle — producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for team leads, program managers and senior leadership with variance analysis, trend identification and exception flags
- Develop and automate the monthly performance evaluation model — calculating weighted composite scores across multiple metrics and producing ranked outputs for incentive and appraisal purposes
- Build and manage workforce productivity tracking — monitoring output efficiency against defined benchmarks, identifying underperformance patterns and surfacing root cause insights
- Integrate data from multiple operational platforms into a unified reporting layer, ensuring a single source of truth across all KPI views
- Define and enforce data governance standards — ensuring metric definitions, calculation logic and exclusion rules are consistently applied and documented across all reports
- Manage ad hoc data requests from operational and leadership stakeholders within agreed service levels
- Partner with product and technology teams to instrument operational systems for automated data capture, reducing reliance on manual tracking
- Maintain and improve the quality and accuracy of underlying data — proactively identifying and resolving data integrity issues
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on MIS, analytics or BI experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or high-volume service delivery environment
- Proficiency with Apache Superset — dashboard creation, dataset configuration, custom SQL, filters and drill-downs
- Strong working knowledge of at least one additional BI tool — Power BI, Tableau or Metabase
- Advanced SQL — complex joins, window functions, CTEs and query optimisation
- Advanced Excel — pivot tables, complex formulas and data modelling for operational reporting
- Experience building automated scoring, ranking and incentive calculation models
- Ability to work from process-level metric definitions and translate them into data models without pre-built schemas
- Strong analytical thinking — able to independently surface anomalies, identify patterns and flag exceptions without being prompted
- Clear written and verbal communication — able to present data findings to non-technical operational and leadership audiences
Good to Have:
- Python (pandas, numpy) for data pipeline and transformation work
- Experience with REST API data extraction from SaaS platforms
- Prior exposure to workforce management, productivity tracking or incentive management systems
- Familiarity with Lean measurement frameworks
What We Are Looking For:
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who takes ownership of data quality and does not wait to be asked before flagging a problem. The right candidate is curious, structured and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are actively evolving. If you have built reporting infrastructure from the ground up in a delivery organisation and take pride in making data genuinely useful to the people who run operations day to day, this role is for you.
